The purpose of the Securities Transfer Agents Medallions Program (STAMP) is to guarantee the signatures of our members on transactions involving stocks, bonds and securities. STAMP is the only official financial industry - supported signature guarantee program endorsed by the Securities Transfer Association and is the signature guarantee program that Allied and CUMIS have assisted in tailoring to suit the needs of credit unions. STAMP assures that all transfer agents will accept our signature guarantees. Each Credit union Guarantor can guarantee signatures on transactions up to $250,000 per transaction.
